4 Bands,all on the verge of getting signed ,have their demos pressed onto this awesome Relapse comp. released in 2000. Every band holds their own style, and are all damn good. The early Decapitated material may be of interest to all you Death Metal maniacs, "The Eye of Horus" found here is even better than the version on "Winds of Creation." Yattering kick some brutal death-grindy-blasty stuff that will get yer head-a-bangin', they even do a great job covering "Ill Neglect" from grind gods Brutal Truth. The Lost Soul demos show that these guys were on fire even before they released "Scream of the Mourning Star," some stellar guitar work can be found in the tracks here. Damnable close this beast out, and display some more of the grindy/blasty/brutal technique.
