Starting with a performance on the Musikladen TV Broadcast in Bremen, Germany on September 13 1978, the literal week before the release of their fourth LP Road To Ruin, the performance features early tasters from that record such as 'She's The One' and 'Don't Come Close', while the rest of the set is chock full of essential bangers like 'Blitzkrieg Pop', 'Sheena Is A Punk Rocker' and 'Pinhead', while the second performance flashes back to May 15 1976 for a set at the iconic CBGB's in NYC, originally recorded for FM broadcast just a month on from their iconic self-titled debut, featuring some lesser known deep cuts - 'Now I Wanna Sniff Some Glue', 'Chain Saw', 'Babysitter', while the standout section is the highlight with the run from the criminally underrated 'Havana Affair' into 'Let's Dance' then 'Judy Is A Punk'. A fly-on-the-wall earful of two authentic sets from the leather-clad punk heroes in their most formative years.
