FEROCIOUS PORTLAND HARDCORE/PUNK IN THE FINEST POISON IDEA TRADITION – 13 TRACKS OF PURE AMERICAN HC FURY!! Originally released in 2022, "Curb Stomp Earth" is the explosive third full-length by Portland's LONG KNIFE, one of the most exciting and uncompromising bands of contemporary American HARDCORE/PUNK! Deeply rooted in the legendary POISON IDEA sound, the band takes its trademark mixture of savage aggression, razor-sharp riffs and filthy ROCK'N'ROLL attitude to an entirely new level! 13 killer tracks of furious, high-energy HARDCORE, driven by frantic drumming, pounding bass lines, scorching guitar solos and Colin's vicious, snarling vocals! While maintaining the ferocity of their previous albums, LONG KNIFE expand their musical horizons with unexpected keyboards, horns, choral arrangements and stronger melodic elements, creating an incredibly powerful and distinctive sound without sacrificing their original punk intensity. From the explosive "Modern Fatigue" to the anthemic "Coast 2 Coast", this album is packed with memorable riffs, cynical lyrics, violent outbursts and infectious ROCK'N'ROLL-driven grooves. Imagine the sheer aggression of POISON IDEA's classic recordings colliding with the band's later "Feel The Darkness" era, adding a healthy dose of Japanese HARDCORE and classic American THRASH/PUNK! A remarkable achievement from one of the finest modern HARDCORE/PUNK bands, proving that traditional American hardcore can still sound incredibly fresh, dangerous and inventive! 13 TRACKS OF RAGING HARDCORE/PUNK – LP ON BLACK WATER RECORDS!! INCLUDES LARGE POSTER WITH ARTWORK BY ALINA RADETSKY!!
