Five years after the release of "Dirges for the Void" the enigmatic ensemble cryptically called Uthullun returns with two haunting tomes of sorrow and madness. Crossing through "The Barbed Thread of Madness", the listener is taken through the anguished and solivagant embodiment of dissonance and a psychoactive cathartic journey beyond gehennah and oblivion. Once again casting another step forward in the direction of the abyss with an opus of sinister Black Metal emanated from the Void, and raging with an intensity that immediately grabs you like a feverous nightmare.
