2007 saw Schizo coming back with a new back-breaking, psychotic and heavy-than-ever metal massacre, "Cicatriz Blak", with production duties held by Schizo themselves and mastering by renowed Peter In De Betou (Marduk, Meshuggah, Bokor). Cover artwork was made by Italian artist Lorenzo Mariani (Mayhem, Darkthrone, Marduk,1349, Aborym) and last but not least, guest appearances included Steve Sylvester (Death SS), AC Wild (Bulldozer) and Flegias (Necrodeath).
