This is one of Tiamat's best albums and their most diverse. You can even hear a lot of comparisions to Pink Floyd. Melodic solo's fly with swirling keyboards. Hard-edged guitar's and deep warm vocals. As far as originality goes, no band has anything on Tiamat. This album, along with Judas Christ and Skeleton Skeletron are the best, but this album has a spark all its own. If you like bands like Type O Negative or The Cure but can delve into foreign territories (sitars, oboe's) then this album is for you. This is NOT commercial music. If you have heard of them consider yourself lucky. Fantastic album. Get it!
