Great compilation featuring the early recordings by Unleashed. "The utter dark" marks the first output of the band, a solid, powerful and almost flawless assault in the name of Swedish death metal. The second Unleashed demo ("...Revenge") came six months after their first one (?The Utter Dark?). "...Revenge" is a solid, way above average Swedish death metal effort from the golden period. You can?t go too far wrong with this sort of thing. This recording made history just like the ones from its contemporary. The tracks from the "The dark one" promo and "Revenge tour" live demo round this release up. Unleashed sit on the same throne of bands like Entombed, Nihilist, Dismember and Grave. This is top notch stuff.
