MOTÖRCHARGED CANADIAN CRUST/PUNK'N'ROLL AT ITS FINEST – THE CULT 2005 SECOND ALBUM BACK ON VINYL!!
Originally released in 2005, "City Weapons" is the crushing second full-length by Montréal's legendary INEPSY, one of the absolute masters of MOTÖRCHARGED CRUST/PUNK'N'ROLL! Following their explosive debut "Rock 'N' Roll Babylon", the band delivers 10 killer tracks of high-octane METAL/PUNK, combining the raw D-beat aggression of DISCHARGE and ANTI-CIMEX with the unstoppable ROCK'N'ROLL drive of MOTÖRHEAD and the apocalyptic atmospheres of AMEBIX! Buzzing distorted guitars, pounding drums, driving bass lines and Chany's raspy vocals collide with razor-sharp riffs, infectious choruses and powerful HEAVY METAL influences reminiscent of classic IRON MAIDEN and ENGLISH DOGS. From the explosive "Invading City Weapons" and the anthemic title track to "Ride Till I Die" and "Bombshell Rock!", this album is packed with memorable songs and pure leather-jacketed, gasoline-fueled aggression! A genuine classic of the 2000s CRUST'N'ROLL movement, capturing INEPSY at the peak of their distinctive mixture of punk fury, metallic heaviness and dirty ROCK'N'ROLL attitude. Absolutely mandatory for fans of MOTÖRHEAD, DISCHARGE, ANTI-CIMEX and AMEBIX!
