Obscure and hard-to-find demo CD-R from MOSAICS (モザイクス), a Tokyo-based hardcore punk outfit active since 2014! Released through SSKL (Shijo Saiaku Kuso Label), "No Limit Demo" captures the band in all their raw, unpolished glory. Expect pounding two-beat drumming, primitive yet infectious guitar riffs, driving bass lines and fiercely shouted Japanese vocals. Musically, imagine a faster, more frantic version of THE STALIN or the more recent BIRU, mixed with traditional elements of classic 80s Japanese hardcore punk: stripped-down, catchy and bursting with urgency. No technical wizardry, no unnecessary embellishments, just straightforward DIY punk delivered with conviction and attitude. A great underground find for collectors of obscure Japanese punk and old-school hardcore recordings!
