GEHENNAH describe themselves as the loudest mistake in the history of this world. If you're not familiar with GEHHENAH’s music, let’s start by saying that they’re flirting with a mix of MOTÖRHEAD and VENOM, so you’d have gotten a first picture. The vocals are menacing while the guitars offer a basic or two ‘dirty’ riffs in each song, with short solos popping up in between. It’s not something new to say that the rhythm section is fast and hammering all the way, right? For those aware of this dangerous band’s previous offerings - it’s been 18 years since the band last had a full CD... - let’s just say you’ll again get what you pay for with “Metal Police”; everything is loud and nasty here and you can’t go wrong with the lyrics themes. GEHENNAH is back after many many years and “Metal Police” is a new recording that won’t let down fans of the band. If you think Metal should be boozed and dangerous, then this band is for you.
