New studio album from Vulcano, the Brazilian masters of BLACK/THRASH and one of South America’s most influential bands. The new album, “Eye in Hell,” was produced by Zhema Rodero and Ivan Pelliciotti at O Beco Studios in Curitiba, Brazil, while the artwork was created by Roberto Toderico (Paganizer, Pestilence, Sodom, Tygers of Pan Tang). Vulcano was one of Brazil’s first heavy metal bands. Formed some time before (and with no small influence on) the country’s most famous metal export, Sepultura, Vulcano’s albums were too obscure to consistently break through the underground heavy metal scene; yet, alongside the Brazilian bands Sarcofago, Mutilator, and others, their primal and incredibly violent blend of black and thrash metal has achieved cult legend status worldwide.
