With their debut album entitled Horrors Waiting In Line, French duo Vaisseau pushes forward the border of heavy music. Welcome in synth doom territory ! This album is incredibly well produced and sounds phenomenal throughout covering a range of emotions and intensity. There are six tracks totalling 35 minutes and are delivered on a beautiful piece of wax. The use of drums really separates Vaisseau from anyone else in the synthwave movement. For a debut album, Horrors Waiting In Line has an outstanding delivery that sets the band up perfectly to compete with the likes of Carpenter Brut in a rapidly evolving and re-emerging genre.
