This wild quartet from São Paulo, Brazil have plenty of brutality in their 11-track debut, Ominous Ritus. The band's all-out, aggressive and just thoroughly excellently played Thrash Metal is a mixture of both American and European influences; the riffing follows the Exodus/Heathen style of razor-sharp attacks while it's all spiced up with some of the rawness and brutality of the Kreator/Destruction world. The mix of American and European Thrash comes through nicely in the songs, creating one hell of a Thrash inferno and just providing lots of enjoyment for every serious Thrash Metal sucker out there. There's simply nothing here to complain about. It all sounds fantastically convincing and is packed with tons of controlled energy bursts.
